Hosted by the Venezuelan Community in Ireland, a Latin American Christmas Market is coming to Richmond Barracks on Saturday, 23 November, from 11:30am - 6pm. Savor delicious Latin American cuisine, sway to the rhythm of live music, and explore vibrant art and handcrafted treasures. There may even be a special visit from Santa Claus himself! Tickets cost €15, free entry for children under 12.
The Useless Project
Founded by Taz Kelleher and Geraldine Carton, The Useless Project is a community of creativity and sustainability that hosts events, talks and workshops. This weekend, on Saturday, 23 November, they will be hosting a flea market in the Portobello Community Hall from 11am-4pm. Expect a wide range of vintage and sustainably-sourced clothing, homeware, art, ceramics, prints, crafts, and more.

From 14 November - 26 January, every Thursday - Sunday, The Bernard Shaw and Eatyard will be hosting a programme of festive fun with winter markets, festive games, drag brunches, and more. Tickets cost €11.12 and guarantee entry, a Santa hat, plus get two tokens for selected drinks. This weekend will wreath making workshops, Winteryard Olympic Games, Quizzes, DJ sets and more.
After Hours at Hugh Lane Gallery
Hugh Lane is set to host a series of Thursday evening events featuring art workshops, mindfulness, music, food, drinks, free exhibition tours and more. The gallery will be open until 8:30pm with last entry at 8:10pm. Entrance is free but there are ticketed event available. Tonight's programme includes a live podcast of Three Castles Burning with an after party in the gallery café.
Kids Pottery Painting
Dublin Pottery in Smithfield is hosting a kid-friendly pottery painting workshop on Sunday, 24 November, at 10am. A parent or guardian must accompany the child and there is strictly one ticket per seat - max of two adults per child. The €5 booking guarantees a position in the studio but is not the full price. Once you arrive, you can buy a ceramic of your choice to paint! Suitable for ages five and up.
Pallet Christmas Tree Workshop
The Re-discovery Centre in Ballymun is hosting a festive workshop on Saturday, 23 November, where ticket-holders can learn to create their own table top Christmas tree made from old wooden pallets. This unique assembly and decoration workshop will be led by the Rediscover Furniture team, who will have all the cutting, sanding, and drilling pre-done for you. All that’s left is for you to assemble and decorate your tree. Tickets cost €40. Minimum age requirement is eight years old, and all children must be accompanied by an adult.
Tinder Tales
The Clockwork Door on Wellington Quay is hosting a cathartic night for singles across Ireland on Friday, 22 November at 7pm. Tinder Tales is packed with side-splitting, cringe-worthy dating stories from comedians and brave audience members alike. From first-date disasters to unforgettable mishaps, these stories are not to be missed. Tickes cost €12 or two for €20.
