Mindfulness for kids with Bellie and Whizz

Meet Bellie the Badger and Whizz the Hare. They are here to teach children (and maybe grown-ups too!) how to identify and manage their emotions through fun, breathing exercises and play.

In Bellie and Whizz 'Minding Me' we visit the besties in the beauitiful woodland where they live, to help slow things down and understand what we are feeling.

With the help of Bellie and Whizz, we explore 12 key emotions: Anger, Disgust, Jealousy, Shyness, Surprise, Fear, Guilt, Sadness, Embarrassment, Anxiety, Grumpy and Love.

Each episode brings awareness to the ways children experience and regulate their emotions in a fun and light-hearted way. Every day kids visit the forest to chat to Bellie and Whizz and talk it all out.

And along with everyone watching at home, these new friends will learn that everyone feels these emotions at some stage, and most importantly, that it’s good to share your feelings with others.
