Mags Roche's chocolate biscuit Christmas cake: Today

Ingredients

  • 350g milk and dark chocolate
  • 350g golden syrup golden syrup
  • 125g butter
  • 200g digestive
  • 50g ginger nut
  • 50g marshmallow
  • 50g Maltesers/ Crunchie/ Caramel bar

Method

1. Melt chocolate and butter together
2. Melt golden syrup and mix together
3. Crush biscuits, but not too much.
4. Mix all together and set in a tray.
5. Christmas idea- set in a bowl- line the bowl in double cling film and pour mix into it.
6. Cover with white icing and decorate for Christmas cake.
